D channel LAP-D frames, coding refers to Q.921.
0904/8904:
Serial line received / transmitted data by the IDW-90 in
command phase (i.e. AT commands and responses).
0901:
Serial status lines.
The count of the received value is hexadecimal coded (0x NN).
An active level (ON) of the serial status line is signalled with
logical level “1”.
