The S10512 switch uses two fan trays: an upper fan tray FAN0 and a lower fan tray FAN1. FAN0
provides eight fans, and FAN1 provides four fans. The air flow path of the line card cooling area is
isolated from that of the switching fabric module cooling area of the switch, increasing heat
dissipation efficiency and reducing the workload of fans.

The switch fan trays are hot swappable. If you remove an S10512 fan tray when the switching
is running, install a new fan tray within two minutes to ensure device
