Mirrored Power Button Function
The Y32p-30 monitor allows its power key to control some Lenovo systems connected by
USB Type C and PS5/XBOX by HDMI, this function is named as Mirrored Power Button in
OSD, the Mirrored Power Button has USB-C/HDMI on and off options.
If set to “On” in the OSD the power button will control not only the monitor but also the
external system if it is supported. The different scenarios are detailed below:
When HDMI on, the power LED indicates the status as below:
White The monitor is on.
Amber The monitor is not receiving a signal.
Off The monitor is off.
When USB-C on, the power LED indicates the system status:
White The system is on.
White Breathing The system is in modern standby mode
Off The system if off or in hibernation mode and monitor is in DC off
status which the monitor will still supply power to support Lenovo
VDM* systems.
*VDM: Vendor Defined Message
Please select the option in OSD based on your requirement.

If monitor power button can’t work normally with the compatibility list Thinkpad NBs,
please update monitor’s firmware with Lenovo Display Control Center Artery and ensure
the system’s BIOS/Drivers are up to date.
