Look on the right side of the TV.
Locate the LABEL where it shows the information
related to MODEL NAME and SERIAL #.
HITACHI Service Department will require this
information in order to give you the proper
support regarding your questions.
When you call HITACHI SERVICE HOTLINE they will require some information related to the
TV MODEL NAME and SERIAL # in order to give you the proper support. This information is
located on the back of the TV and also on the RIGHT SIDE of your TV set. Please follow the
next steps to find this information and then provide to SERVICE.
