OPERATING THE LAP CHRONOGRAPH
Your Sportline Cardio 660 features a 50-lap,
100-hour chronograph.

To operate the chronograph:

1.

Access

To START timing, PRESS START/STOP/
RESET (S/S/R)

3.

To start a new lap, PRESS LAP/VIEW.

4.

To STOP timing, PRESS S/S/R.

5.

To RESET the Chronograph, PRESS &

TIMER
Your Sportline Cardio 660 features a Heart
Rate/Exercise mode that displays heart
rate (in beats per minute and % of maxi-
mum heart rate), exercise time and calories
burned.

To operate the exercise timer:

1. PRESS

the HEART RATE key to access
Heart Rate/Exercise Timer.
NOTE: you must be wearing ches

t transmitter strap
to read heart rate.

2. PRESS

START/STOP/RESET (S/S/R)

to be-
gin timing. You may access other modes
by PRESSING MODE or HEART RATE.
NOTE: heart rate data will still be r

ecorded.

3. PRESS

S/S/R

to stop timing.

4.

To reset Exercise Timer, PRESS & HOLD
S/S/R

until timer reads “0”.

AVERAGE PACE
Displays your Average Pace for current
workout in miles or kilometers.

To reset all exercise data,

ACTIVITY TIMER (MOVETRAC

Displays your Activity Time for current
workout.

NOTE: Activity Timer will display only when monitor
detects motion.

Displays your Calories Burned for current
workout.

NOTE:Calorie Genius tracks calories burned
from exercise AND from metabolic functions like
breathing, sleeping and even thinking. By combining
both you will have a complete picture of the TOTAL
amount of calories you burn each day.

MAIN OPERATING MODES
The Sportline 965 Heart Rate Monitor+Pedometer has 9 main
operating modes: Time/Date, Steps, Distance, Average Pace,
Activity Timer, Calories Burned, Chronograph, Countdown Timer
and Alarm.

You may acquire Heart Rate at any time by

TOUCHING & HOLDING

THE HEART RATE SENSOR

with your index fi nger (see page 10

“Acquiring Heart Rate: Fingure Touch”).

STEPS MODE
Current Step Count is displayed. The Step
Counter automatically begins counting when
movement is detected.

NOTE: To eliminate false readings, Step Counter
will display after 25 consecutive steps.
