1. Flip frame (B) over. Attach rubber feet (Q) to
bottom of frame. Insert bolts into bottom of frame.
Attach nuts and tighten. Flip frame back over.

3. Turn spool (A) around and slide a plastic spacer
washer (L), spring (I) and another plastic spacer
washer (L) over the pipe. See Figure 3
2. Take Spool (A) and align the elbow/ galvanized
tee (pre-assembled) side of the spool with preas-
sembled U-Bushing (H). Insert the brass swivel (J)
through the U-bushing and screw into the galva-
nized tee. Tighten using a wrench. Be sure to use
Teflon/ Plumber’s tape on the threads.

4. Insert U-bushing (H) and align with the holes in
the frame (B) and insert U-bushing bolts (O) and
attach nuts (P). You may need to put pressure on
the spool by compressing the spring to align
holes. Tighten U-bushing nuts using a wrench.
