5. Attach rubber handle (G) to crank handle (K) using
handle bolt and nut. Tighten securely. Attach crank
handle (K) to pipe end of spool (A).

7. Slide the U-Handle (F) over the frame
extensions and align the holes. Insert bolts
(M) thru handle holes and attach wing nuts.
(N). Hand tighten.

NOTE: DO NOT use a compressor while
inflating the tires; hand pump only.
30 PSI maximum.
6. Attach wheels (D) by removing nuts on axle (E). Slide axle (E) thru the frame (B). Slide on wheels
(D) and tighten nuts on each end. See Figure 6 & 7.
