AVAILABLE SETTINGS AND OPTIONS
Setting/Option Description Restrictions
Programme types Available programmes are described in a separate ta-
ble in this Chapter.
Change of programme type resets all options and set-
tings to their original values.
Temperature, 30-95°C Here you select the temperature to be displayed when you
have selected the pre-set programme (P1-P4).
It is always possible to adjust the temperature by pressing
buttons before the start.
C indicates the temperature of the incoming water.
Temperatures above 60°C are not stored permanently. For some types of programme, only tempe-
ratures between 30 and 40°C can be
selected. See table.
Spin speed
400-1800 rev/min
No spin
No drain Here you select the speed to be displayed when you have
selected the pre-set programme (P1-P4).
If No spin or No Drain is selected, no spin will be perfor-
med. No drain allows the water to remain in the machine
after washing.
It is always possible to adjust the setting by pressing but-
tons before the start. For some types of programme, only speeds
between 400 and 800 revolutions/minute
can be selected. See Table.
No Spin and No Drain cannot be selected
for programme types Spin and Drain.
Delayed start
(0-24 hours) If you select a delayed start of five hours, for example, the
machine will start five hours after you pressed the start
button. The time remaining until the start is shown in the
display.
Changes to this option are not stored permanently. Cannot be selected for programme
type Drain.
Super rinse With Super rinse On, extra rinses will be included in the
rinse programme. See Table. Cannot be selected for programme types
Rinse, Spin and Drain.
E2 Eco/Efficiency With E2 Eco/Efficiency On, the main wash is extended by
about 22 minutes.
For more information about how to use E2,
see Chapter 8, Before washing. Can only be selected for the Heavy, Nor-
mal and White/Coloured programmes.
Pre-soak Pre-soak On means that the washing will be left to soak for
two hours before the washing programme starts. Cannot be selected for programme types
Rinse, Spin and Drain.
Anti-crease Anti-crease On means that the machine will rotate the
drum for a few seconds every minute for two hours after
the programme is completed. You can end the program-
me during this period with the door opening button. Cannot be used together with No spin
and No Drain.
Cannot be selected for programme ty-
pes Rinse, Spin and Drain
High water level High water level On means that an extra quantity of water
is used in the main wash and rinses. Can be used for all programmes apart from
Wool and Hand. These always use a high
water level.
