In general, the [ANGLE] joystick of the control unit is manipulated
with the thumb of the hand holding the grip of the control unit.

Other buttons are also to be manipulated with the fingers of the
hand holding the grip of the control unit.

Hold the insertion tube with the other hand to which the control unit
is being held.
