UV WASH 6000
No Flash Press Wash for UV Inks
Description: A highly effective high flashpoint press wash for the removal of UV and hybrid inks.
UV WASH 6000 contains a blend of solvents that dissolves and removes the UV ink
and paper residue without affecting the rollers and blankets. UV WASH 6000
provides quick clean ups with moderate evaporation.
Directions for Use: BLANKETS:
Saturate a clean cloth or rag with UV WASH 6000. Wipe evenly across blanket until
all ink and residue are removed. Wipe off excess if needed.
ROLLER WASH:
Pour a generous amount of UV WASH 6000 on rollers while press is running. Allow
press to run while solution works on rollers until clean. Press is ready to resume
operation. Repeat process for difficult clean-up situations.
