LOW VOC AUTO WASH 6034
Baldwin Approved Automatic Press Wash
Description: A Baldwin approved automatic press wash to be used on all types of sheetfed and
web press equipment. LOW VOC AUTO WASH 6034 contains a mixture of solvents
that provide excellent ink cutting power and components that help remove paper
coating and fibers. LOW VOC AUTO WASH 6034 is emulsifiable with water to help in
the removal of water soluble contaminants.
Directions for Use: By Hand:
Blankets
– Apply a liberal amount of LOW VOC AUTO WASH 6034 to a clean rag and
wipe across blanket surface until ink and paper contaminants are removed. Follow-
up with a water rinse to remove any residue. Rollers – Apply enough wash to
thoroughly clean ink from all rollers. Follow-up with water rinse to remove any
residue.
Automatic Blanket & Roller Washes:
Follow manufacturers’ instructions for use in automatic wash equipment. Add water
for faster drying and better removal of paper coating and fiber.
