Alkaline Fountain Concentrate
Description: An alkaline fountain concentrate designed for use in the coldset web market.
LIQUID GOLD 2800 is formulated as a mildly alkaline fountain solution to give quick,
clean startups and nice ink lay down. This product was developed to provide good
color with a wide ink and water balance. LIQUID GOLD 2800 has zero VOCs and is
biodegradable.
Directions for Use: Start with 2 ounces of LIQUID GOLD 2800 to each gallon of water. Increase dosage if
sensitivity occurs, decrease dosage if there is ink emulsification or roller stripping.
Each ounce of LIQUID GOLD 2800 will increase the conductivity by 900
micromhos/cm over the water’s conductivity.
