Using the Smart Client
Setting up MAP view
This option is not available with XProtect Professional, XProtect Express or XProtect NVR.
When using XProtect Corporate and XProtect Enterprise, it is possible configure a Map layout of the installation
illustrating the location of doors and cameras on the site with animation of the alarm state of the doors and
cameras. It also allows for interactive operation of the doors and cameras.
To configure a map layout, start the Smart Client, go to Setup and drag the Map icon onto a view. Select a picture
for the Map background.
