To change the Bake Temperature while
cooking
ᕡ
Press the Bake pad.
ᕢ
Then press the + or - pad until the
desired temperature is displayed.
ᕣ
Press START.
SETTING BAKE
The BAKE pad controls normal baking. The oven can
be programmed to bake at any temperature from
170°F to 550°F. Default temperature is 350°F
(175°C).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Place food in the oven after preheating if the recipe
calls for it. Preheating is so important for good results
when baking cakes, cookies, pastry, and breads.
Press CLEAR/OFF to cancel the Bake feature at any
time.
To set the Bake:
ᕡ
Press BAKE. 350° will appear in
the display and bake will flash.
ᕢ
Select the oven temperature.
Press or press and hold the + or -
pads.
• Press the + pad to increase the
temperature.
• Press the - pad to decrease the
temperature.
ᕣ
Press START to accept the
temperature change
• BAKE will stop flashing and light in
the display.
• 100° or the actual oven
temperature will display. The
temperature will rise in 5°
increments until the preset
temperature is reached.
ᕤ
Allow the oven to preheat for 8-15
minutes.
• When the set oven temperature is
reached, five short beeps will
sound and the oven lamp will flash.
• To recall the set temperature
during preheat, press the Bake
pad.
ᕥ
Place food in center of oven,
allowing a minimum of two inches
between utensil and oven walls.
ᕦ
Check cooking progress. Cook
longer if needed.
ᕧ
When cooking is finished, press
CLEAR OFF.
ᕨ
Remove food from the oven.
