6 Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting XP Performance Control

When the WWN of a HBA is displayed in red in the lower-left tree of the WWN tab:

The HBA whose WWN is displayed in red is connected to two or more ports, but the traffic between
the HBA and some of the ports are not monitored by Performance Monitor. When many-to-many
connections are established between HBAs and ports, make sure that all the traffic between HBAs
and ports monitored. For details on the traffic statistics, see

If you need to call HP technical support, be sure to provide as much information about the problem
as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the error or failure and the exact content of any
error codes and/or messages displayed on the Remote Web Console.
