Note
The online display in CoDeSys provided by Festo always
shows the signal status valid in the process diagram. When
forcing with the handheld type CPX−MMI, observe the
following:
Ĉ Forced input states are transferred to the image table
and therefore recognised by the controller. They are
visible in the online display.
Ĉ Forced output states are
not transferred to the image
table and are therefore
not recognised by the controller.
They are
not therefore represented in the online display.
You have various ways of temporarily influencing input or
output signals, e.g. for test purposes:

Forcing via the handheld type CPX−MMI
ć
Forcing with the online display in CoDeSys provided by
Festo.
Further information on forcing can be found in the CPX

If several functions are active at the same time, the following
applies:

Force signals have the highest priority
ć
Forcing via the handheld has higher priority than forcing
with the online display.
