6.5 Sending double-paged originals page by page from
right to left (Book Copy)
Book Copy
When the book and catalog etc. is sent by fax, the original is divided into right
and left pages and is sent page by page.
There are following types of book copy.

Note
Load the original on the original glass.
Following functions cannot be used simultaneously.
Mixed Original, Z-Folded Original, Long Original, Binding Position, Pre-
view
Sending the fax after specifying book scanning

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load from the first page on the original glass.
Function name Description
[Book Spread] A double-paged original is sent as a part page.
[Separation] Double-paged original is divided page by page into left and right pages
and faxed.
[Front Cover] The original is sent in order of front cover + order of divided pages.
[Front + Back Covers] The original is sent in order of front cover + order of divided pages +
back cover.
