OFF Setting)
ON/OFF settings of the function for transmission or reception of network fax
are specified.
Destination Check Display Function: ON/ OFF*

Whether or not to display the list of specified destinations at the time of
sending the fax is set.
* is a default value at the time of purchase.

Detail
Items other than destination confirmation display function, Confirm Ad-
dress (TX) and Confirm Address (Register) are not used in network fax.

Displays administrator settings screen after referring to “Displaying Ad-
ministrator Settings screen” on page 9-4.

Touch [Fax Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [Fax Settings], enter [8] with the
keypad.
