About this guidebook
In License Management Server (LMS), License (Token) that is used in each MFP is managed.
If performing retrieval on LMS, use situation of License is displayed. This guidebook explains
the retrieval method of information.
Outlines of Functions
¾ From License (Token Number), it is possible to confirm the License is used or not. If the
MFP that uses License is registered, Serial Number is displayed.
¾ From Serial Number of MFP, it is possible to confirm the License is used on the MFP or
not. If the License activated on the MFP is found, Token Number is displayed to LMS.
License Confirmation
Call Center access privilege to LMS is required to use this function.
When the occasion to initialize the License, you can check the License (Token Number)
used on specific MFP (Serial Number) using this function. In particular, you can use it when
management condition on LMS is unclear after executing Initialization.
1. Search the Serial Number of MFP using the License from the Token Number.
a) Access to the following URL from PC connected to the internet.
https://lms.konicaminolta.com/license/KM/support.aspx
*During the procedure with LMS, when you need to return the previous screen, press the back
icon on the web browser.
b)
Click “Administrator Menu”.
