4.9 Changing Data Transmission Method to PC
There are two methods to transmit copied data to the computer: an automat-
ic transmission to the PC and a receive-operation on the PC.
To automatically transmit data to a PC, specify the target computer on the
copier, and install and configure the Utility Tool, PageScope JobEditorServer
on the target PC.
To operate data receiving on a PC, install the Utility Tool, PageScope
JobEditor on the PC on the network. Connect to the copier through this tool
to import copied data to the PC.
Switch the method between the automatic transmission and the manual re-
ception in the following steps.

PageScope JobEditor and PageScope JobEditorServer can be installed
on Windows 2000/XP Professional.

Automatic Transmission to PC
If you configure the automatic transmission to a PC, the computer specified
on the copier can automatically receive copied data through PageScope
JobEditorServer.
