1. Remove fasteners from hardware package.
2. Install 5⁄16-18x1-1/2" large washer-head screw in
the appropriate holes for your balancer, head down
(see illustration).
3. Loosely secure screws with 5⁄16-18 nuts.
4. Position plate on the floor, screw heads down.
5. Position balancer legs in appropriate leg positioning
holes.
6. Remove 5⁄16 lock nuts, and position the lift over the
5⁄16 screws toward the rear of the plate. Secure with
lock nuts.
7. Install the zee bracket over the screws at the front of
the plate, to clamp the front of the lift to the plate.
Secure with lock nuts. Use spacers as required
between the plate and the zee bracket to match the
height of the lift base.
