5. If your computer doesn’t have the most recent update software, your browser will display a pop-up bar like the one shown below:
If your computer shows that
message, click on the bar and
then click Install ActiveX

that message, skip to step 9.
6. When the Internet Explorer Security Warning pops up, click Install:
