The SL-V is affected by external noise.
Check for noise around the SL-V installation location and
cables.
The SL-V is broken. Replace the SL-V.
The communication cable is not connected
correctly. Connect the communication cable correctly.

The communication cable is disconnected. Check whether the connectors are loose or disconnected.
Software
configuration
error
The configuration is not uploaded correctly when
using configuration software SL-VH1S. Upload the configuration again.
For details, refer to "SL-VH1S User’s Manual".
The muting area or blanking area is enabled, or the
configuration that is uploaded while the "Store
system information" option is enabled and the
series connection configuration of the SL-V main
unit do not match.
Check whether the configuration that is uploaded to the
system with configuration software SL-VH1S and the series
connection configuration of the SL-V main unit match.
