3.11.12 Domestic Hot Water System Piping with Indirect Water Heater

See Figures 3-16 and 3-17, for recommended piping for the AM Series water heater. This
recommended piping configuration ensures priority is given to the production and recovery of
domestic hot water (DHW). Refer to Figure 3-21 to wire the indirect water heater pump, the
system pump and the heating pump (if present).
An anti-scald mixing valve is field supplied and is mandatory on the domestic hot water outlet of
the indirect water heater.
