Step 1: Placing the speakers
and subwoofer

Step 2: Connecting speakers
and subwoofer
For best possible surround sound, all the
speakers (except subwoofer) should be placed
at the same distance from the listening position,
Place the front left and right speakers at equal
distances from theTV and at an angle of
approximately 45 degrees from the listening
position.
Place the center speaker above theTV or the
DVD system so that the center channel's sound
Is localized.
Place the surround speakers at normal listening
ear level facing each other or mounted on the
wall,
Place the subwoofer on the floor near theTV.
Notes:
- To avoid mognetic interference, do not position
the front speakers too cfose to your TV.
- Allow adequate veni/7at/on around the DVD
system.
Connect the supplied speaker systems using the
supplied speaker cables by matching the colors
of the jacks and speaker cables. Fully insert the
stropco oortion of the tpcal c .virc into the
lacks.

Notes:
- Ensure that the speaker cables ore cormetiy
connected. Improper connections may damage the
system due to shortmircuft.
- Do not connect more than one speaker to any
one pair of -f / — speaker Jacks.
- Do not connect speakers with on impedance
lower than the speakers supplied. Please refer to
the SPECIFICATIONS section of this manual.
