Timer Operations

Setting the timer

The system can switch on to DISC orTUNER

mode automatically at a preset time, serving as

an alarm to wake you up.

IMPORTANT!

- Before setting the timer, ensure that

the clock is set correctly.

— The volume of the timer will increase

gradually to the last tuned volume level.
If the last tuned volume level is too low,
the set will then increase to a
predetermined minimum audible level*

STANDBY ON

to switch on the DVD

system.

Press and hold

CLOCK'TIMER

until

‘SELLTT ELLTK DR riRDi?" appears.

Press (if necessary) to change the display

to ”f IhiER", then press

CLOCK'TIMER

again

to confirm.

Adjust

SOURCE

(or press

DISC/MEDIA

or

TUNER

on the remote) to select the wake up

source (Disc or TUNER,)

Press

to set the wake up time

(minutes and hours.)

To increase the speed, hold down 1'^^ or ►►1.

The changes in minutes will roll over to the

hours.

Press

CLOCK*TIMER

again to store the

setting.

"4- Once the timer is set, it will always switch on

unless you deactivate it.

source will play for 30 minutes before it
switches to Eco Power standby mode

(if

no button is being pressed within the time

frame.)

- the first track of the last selected disc

will be played, If the last selected disc tray is

empty it will switch to the next available disc. If

ail the disc trays are not available, it will switch

toTuner mode.

- the last tuned radio station will be

played.

Repeat steps

“Setting the timer."

Press ■ to turn off the timer

^ 0 icon will disappear from the display panel

and “flflDf? DDF" appears.

OR

Press

CLOCK«TIMER

to turn on the timer to

the last setting.

'■4 The timer information will display for a few

seconds, then the system resumes its last active

source or stays in standby mode.

Note:

- The system wiii exit iirrier serting mode jf no

button is pressed within 90 seconds.
