Hydraulic Plumbing

From this point on in the installation the booms will be inoperative until the

hydraulics are fully installed.

1. After the NORAC valve is mounted, the hydraulic hoses and fittings can be plumbed. The

plumbing for the hydraulic circuit is shown schematically in Figure 3.

2. The “raise” lines must be connected to the “B” ports of the NORAC valve block. Insert the

tee fittings (F02) to the Fast valve block on the “raise” lines. Connect the hoses (*H02) to
the open ports on F02 and to the “B” ports of the NORAC block.

3. Tee in the pressure and tank lines (*H01) for the NORAC block in to the existing lines on

the Fast valve block, using the tee fitting (F03).

4. Connect the “A” and “B” ports on the 3

rd

station of the block to the linear roll cylinder, as

shown in Figure 3.

5. Ensure there are no other orifices present in the circuit between the NORAC valve block

and the boom cylinders.
