INSTALL THE 3-1/2” PULLEYS (P) INTO THE TOP FRAME (A) USING THE
PULLEY BUSHINGS (Q), THE M12 x 65MM BOLTS (T), AND THE M12 LOCK
NUTS (V).
NOW INSERT THE 2” x 3” CAP (J) INTO THE END OF THE TOP FRAME (A).
