These parameters are used in the ProfiDrive mode

Saving PZD setting to the gateway seeprom:
0 - nothing
1 - clear non-volatile PZD setting
2 - store the current PZD setting to non-volatile memory
3 - restore the PZD settings from non-volatile memory
These parameters are used to identificate the gateway application type and application version.
