PARTS ORDERING
Procedure
1. Contact the Service Parts Department

2. Provide the following information about the part you are ordering:
• Model number and serial number* of the case which
the part is needed for.
• Length of part, if applicable, I.E. 6’, 8’, 10, 12’.
• Color of part if painted, or color of polymer part.
• Quantity.
*Serial plate is located on the left hand side of case on rear
baffle.
(See illustrations on pages 4 & 5)
3. If parts are to be returned for credit, ask the Parts Department
to furnish you with a Return Materials Authorization Number.
