Removal and Replacement Procedures— Small Form Factor (SFF) Chassis
7.13 Chassis Fan
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly ( Section 7.1 ).
2. Remove the access panel ( Section 7.3 ).
3. Remove the fan shroud ( Section 7.11 ).
4. Disconnect the chassis fan power cable from the system board.
5. Remove the four screws that secure the chassis fan to the front of the chassis 1 then, remove
the fan 2.
To install the chassis fan, reverse the remocal procedures.
