The factory default language is Multinational (except for the US
where the default language is United States, i.e. US English).
If you wish to change the factory default, please see Appendix B,
DIP Switch Settings and FSL Y8 in Appendix A for further details.
Note:
Sending a restore command to factory default
(i.e. X3) will reset language settings to the DIP
switch settings.
2.2. European or US Defaults
The ida 812-1x MIO default setup for Europe and for the US differ in
two respects:
1. Paper size: A4 for Europe and Letter for US.
2. Language: Multinational in Europe and United States in
the US.
From the factory the interface comes with either the European or
the US default setup.
