The restoring of the handset data consists of the User Database and the
Subscription Database as well. Both to be saved, and both are also required for
the restoring.

Click Users, and then click Import/Export.

Under Restore User Data do one of the following:
a
To restore configuration data, click the Browse button after User
database
.
b
To restore user data with subscriptions, click the Browse button after
Subscriptions
.

Select the file in question, and then click Open.

Click Load.
The following page appears.

Click Reboot.
A warning message appears.

Click OK.
The system is rebooted. This can take a few minutes.
