4.2 State-Based Soft Keys
On SP550 soft keys, user can configure a specific state to display when a soft key is being used. Available states
you can configure for each soft key include:
Idle
Connected
Incoming
Outgoing
The following table identifies the applicable default states for each soft keys type on the IP phone.
