Operation
Configuring the NLD
The NLD unit must be configured for use with different robotic systems and camera lenses.
To configure the NLD baud rate, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the power/data cable is disconnected from the power/data input socket (6).
2. Remove the four cover fixing screws (1) and remove the cover (2).
3. Locate the head communication DIP switches (8) (Fig 2) and set them according to Table 1 - Head
communication DIP switch settings (8).
4. Locate the lens communication rotary DIP switch (9) (Fig 2) and set it according to Table 2 - Lens com-
munication DIP switch settings (9).
5. Replace the cover (2) and re-secure the four cover fixing screws (1).
