imported into e.g. MS Excel (see chapter 6.4 Import data into Excel). The files are

tabulator-separated txt-files. Because of the individual filenames all exported files can be

stored in the same directory.

An example of a filename for an exported file is:

Result list – 021030 XLS.txt

The message box, which appears when files are exported, shows the location and name of

the exported file, see figure 28.

Viability report – Print and export

The viability report contains information about the saved results of viability calculations

for the active session. The information in the viability reports, both the print and the

export, is:

 Filename for the total and non-viable cell count, TC and NV respectively.

 Concentration of cells pr. mL in the NucleoCassette for the total and non -viable

cell count (Cells/mL (cass.)).

 Multiplication factor (MF) for the total and non -viable cell count.

 Concentration of cells pr. mL in the original cell suspension for the total and non-

viable cell count (Cells/mL (susp.)).

 Comment and operator for the total and non -viable cell count.

 Concentration of viable cells/ml.

 Percentage of viable cells.

As for the result list a header is printed at the top of the viability report. The header

contains the same information with one exception. Instead of the print date and time, the

creation date and time is included in the header. The creation date and time refers to the

date and time the first viability calculation for that particular session was saved. The

information about company, address and department can be changed, see 6.5 Report

header. Please note that changes made to the header will affect both viability reports and

result lists.
