A clip or series of clips are automatically created with IN points and OUT points
determined by the values specified in the Clips / General category of the Tools >
Settings menu. For more information on this setting, refer to the description of the
Tools menu in the section on IPDirector main window.
Note
You can create a clip on all relevant recorders in one single drag & drop
operation by holding the SHIFT key on the keyboard.
Note
If you hold the CTRL key during the drag & drop operation, the ‘Save
Clip’ window is opened. Then you can name the clip and associate
metadata.
12.7 VIEWING LOG EVENT DETAILS
In the Logs branch of the Database Explorer, you can view the details of a log
sheet.
When a log sheet is selected in the tree, the log events are shown in the element
list on the right.
Click the blue expand button
to view the log event details.
Click an element in the details list to view it on the Video Display.
