Secure VESA Monitor Plate to
mount with Phillips screw from
Step 1. Do not over-tighten screw.
Flat panel can be leveled (+/- 3 degrees) as
needed.
If Philips screw is tensioned too tight it
will be difficult to adjust leveling .
