Considerations:
1) The MAXimum offset is dependent on the amplitude.
2) The MAX and MIN arguments should not be used in a program message containing an AMPLitude command,
since these values are evaluated during parsing, based on the current value of the amplitude.
4.13.1.4 Clock Reference Source
:SOURce:REFerence:SOURce <clock source>
This command is used to select the source of the arbitrary waveform clock. This clock sets the arbitrary waveform point rate.
