Joystick Operation (Standard)
The standard vehicle is equipped with three separate joysticks.
ï The front joystick (5) controls attachment tilt and PlaceAceô transfer
carriage operation. The button (6) on the front joystick controls the auxiliary
hydraulic function.
ï The middle joystick (7) controls boom lift/lower and extend/retract functions.
ï The rear joystick (8) is a single axis joystick with a lift to shift lock ring
detent and controls the frame sway to the left and right.
Two functions can be accomplished at the same time by moving the front or middle
joysticks in between quadrants. For example; moving the middle joystick forward and
to the left will lower and retract the boom simultaneously.
The speed of the function depends directly upon the amount of joystick travel in the
corresponding direction. Increasing the engine speed will also increase the function
speed.
