1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.10.1 Read only This OID indicates whether the switch has proper Fabric Watch
license or not.
If the license key is installed on the switch for Fabric Watch, the
return value is swFwLicensed; otherwise, the value is
swFwNotLicensed.
