Product Key
Your server’s product key determines what features are available. It also con-
tains other important information such as your
Customer ID,
the server's
Serv-
er ID,
and the expiration date of your FaxBack technical support agreement.
Your product key encodes the following parameters, which you can see using
the
Start
⇨
Programs
⇨
NET SatisFAXtion
⇨
Update Product Key
program.
CustomerID: Your customer number in FaxBack’s customer database.
ServerID: The number identifying this NET SatisFAXtion server install. If you
have multiple fax servers, each will have its own unique ServerID.
Expiration: Date when your FaxBack technical support agreement expires. Or,
in the case of trialware, the date the NET SatisFAXtion software will stop
working.
ExpirationType:
Subscription: Retail product key; NET SatisFAXtion will continue to
operate past the expiration date.
Timeout: Trialware product key; NET SatisFAXtion will not operate
beyond the expiration date.
FaxServerType:
SmallBusiness: NET SatisFAXtion Small Business Edition
Enterprise: NET SatisFAXtion Enterprise Edition
EmailGateway:
NATIVE or SMTP: Allows installation of the SMTP or POP3/SMTP
email gateway.
None: Email gateway support is not enabled.
FaxPortCount: Number of fax ports licensed.
WinFaxLicenseCount: Not used.
VoicePortCount: Number of Fax-on-Demand voice ports licensed for use with
the FaxBack Fax-on-Demand IVR product.
FaxExport: Enables the Fax Export module.
Broadcast: Enables the Broadcast module.
PDFConverter: Enables email gateway and/or Fax Export to create PDF files.
