SYSTEM UTILITY
■ Checking the firmware version
(Firm. Version)
Software that is called "firmware” is built iiilo this unit. This
firmware controls the operation. The following steps describe the
firmware version check procedures.
1 m Press MENU while this unit is in the stop mode.
The display changes for the menu item selection.

Rotate the MULTI JOG knob (press +/-, or ▼ on the
remote control) to select “Sys. Utility”.

Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote
control) to display “Firm. Version”.
4. Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote
control) again to display the version of the firmware.
Rotating the MULTI JOG knob (pressing +/-, A or ▼ on the
remote control) changes the display its follows.

■ Initializing settings (Initialize)
You cart initialize the settings that have been changed. The OPC
data stored in this unit is also initialized.
1 ■ Carry out steps 1 to 3 in “Checking the firmware
version (Firm. Version)” (at left).
The display changes for the system utility item selection.
2m Rotate the MULTI JOG knob (press +/-, a or ▼ on the
remote control) to select “Initialize”.

Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote
control) to display “Initialize ?”.

Press □ lo cancel the initialization process.

Press COMPLETE.
The unit restarts with the initial settings.
