Standing: heavy hand work 230 - 260 W
Walking at 4 km/h 260 W
Standing: light arm work 315 W
Work with whole body: light 315 W
Standing: heavy arm work (sawing) 420 - 675 W
Work with whole body: moderate 420 W
Work with whole body: heavy 560 W
10. Make a selection based on the examples suggested for the activity.
The Clothing field offers the following options:
Light summer clothing
Cotton overalls
Winter clothing
Water barrier (permeable)
