Making a Noise Criteria (NC) Measurement
Step 1 - While in the RTA
Function, under the "Options"
menu select "NC". Don't worry
about the RTA weighting as it will
automatically be set to "FLAT."
Step 2 - Read the NC value
in the SPL window.
Note: Any NC value over 65
will be displayed as NC++.
Should you desire, you can
activate the averaging function and
then the NC will be calculated from
the Average curve.
