@SPE Assign feature of parallel input
Command format @SPE, pin_1, func_1 (, pin_2, func_2･･･)

Parameter pin_1-46 : Pin number of parallel input connector
0 = All pins， 2 to 24 = Pins 2 to 24, 27 to 49 = Pins 27 to 49
func_1-46 : Function assignment
For set values, see Table 3.3.15a and Table 3.3.15b.
For default values, see Table 3.3.15c to Table 3.3.15f.
