@SSW Switch video and audio channel simultaneously

Parameter input_1-4 : Video and audio input connector
0 = OFF [Default], 1 = IN1, 2 = IN2, 3 = IN3, 4 = IN4, 5 = IN5,
6 = IN6, 7 = IN7, 8 = IN8, 9 = IN9
output_1-4 : Video and audio output connector
0 = All outputs, 1 = OUT1, 2 = OUT2, 3 = OUT3, 4 = OUT4
