Fitting a new pumphead
Fitting a new pumphead is a reverse procedure of the pumphead removal.
• Remove the new pumphead from its packaging.
• Align the new pumphead with the pump drive shaft and slide into position on the
pump housing.
• Rotate the pumphead in a clockwise direction by approximately 15° to engage
the retaining clamps.
• Tighten the retaining clamps simultaneously to secure the pumphead into position.
• Connect the input and output connections to the pumphead.
• Apply mains power to the pump, press start and run the pumphead for a few
revolutions.
• Stop the pump and isolate it from the mains power supply, then tighten the
clamps further if necessary.
