Polaris Second Year Engine Service Contract
Coverage

Failure due to unauthorized service.

Failures due to lack of service as required in the owner’s manual or
Polaris updates. This includes off-season storage as listed in the
owner’s manual.

Failure due to use of unauthorized parts or modifications.
S
Normal wear parts, including but not limited to spark plugs, hoses,
batteries, controls, and recoil ropes are excluded from coverage. Gas-
kets are covered, as are intake and exhaust manifolds excluding paint
coverage.

Electrical coverage is limited to the CD box, coils, stator plate, and
sensors. Wiring and other electrical components are excluded from
coverage.
S
Oil injection system coverage is limited to the control module, sen-
sors, solenoids, and pump.
S
Cooling system coverage is limited to the water pump assembly and
components, fan, fan bearings, temperature sensor, gasket and seals.
S
Non wear related carburetor parts are covered. Carburetor jetting
and adjustments are excluded from coverage. The fuel pump and
choke are covered.

Clutches and related clutch parts, including but not limited to, the
drive belt, are excluded from coverage.
S
Electrical components are excluded from coverage.
S
The gear case and transmission are excluded from coverage.
