To enter DVD-A bonus group access codes:
1. When the Bonus Group: Key Number Input screen opens, use
the remote control number buttons to enter the bonus group
access code.
• When a number is entered, the cursor automatically
advances to the next character space. Press the
arrow to
return to the previous character space or the arrow to
advance to the next character space.
2. When the access code has been entered, an ENTER button
appears on the on-screen display to indicate that pressing the
remote control ENTER button will confirm the access code.
Bonus Group Start
Opens the Bonus Group: Key Number Input screen shown above,
which can be used to enter DVD-A bonus group access codes. In
most cases, DVD-As include bonus groups that do not require an
access code. Often, these bonus groups can be accessed from the
disc menu. In other cases, DVD-As include bonus groups that
cannot be accessed without a four-number access code, which is
often located on the disc packaging. The Bonus Group parameter
is not available for other disc formats or for DVD-As that include
bonus groups that do not require an access code.
Note:
When playback of a DVD-A bonus group that
requires an access code is attempted, the Bonus
Group: Key Number Input screen automatically opens
if the access code has not been entered since the disc
was loaded, factory-default settings were restored, or
the RT-10 was powered on.
